Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Other
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or through FedEx. Each shipment method may contain methods of delivery confirmation and tracking in the event of lost or disputed packages. Once the third-party company has established the delivery of a shipment the terms of the transaction are then void, and Bari Balance is not responsible for compensation of lost or stolen product. All concerns will then be addressed to the appropriate third-party for attempted reimbursement.
Depending on location, normal delivery will be 3-7 business days (depending on location) unless expedited shipping is requested. Bari Balance is not responsible for the shipping time of any orders.
Orders received will ship next business day or sooner.
Bari Balance normal business hours are Monday thru Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day. All orders received after noon EST on Friday will ship on the following Monday.

Bari Balance reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and deny guarantee requests in its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if you have abused the policy.
Unopened and undamaged product with all original factory seals intact may be returned within sixty (60) days of original purchase for a refund or exchange. Please note you are responsible for establishing proof of purchase.
Opened items may be exchanged for any product of equal or lesser value. There will be no additional shipping for replacement products. All exchanges are final.
Prior to returning product, a return authorization number is required and may be obtained by calling Bari Balance’s customer service department at 859.797.1212. Orders returned without prior authorization will not be credited so please call us first and we will get you taken care of. Once you obtain an return authorization number, you will need to mail the product, a proof of purchase and your confirmation number to:

Returned orders that are not received within 60 days of original purchase will NOT be credited.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits due on orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
In the event that all or part of an order is returned that involved free items or free shipping, the cost of such will be deducted from any amount owed to the customer following the return.
** This return policy applies only to orders purchased through our own website (baribalance.com) or company owned stores. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
RECURRING ORDER POLICY
Bari Balance offers automatic shipments that may recur in thirty (30) day or ninety (90) day increments and may be selected at check-out. To cancel a recurring order once it is set, please call 859.797.1212 or email us at info@baribalance.com. Cancellations requests must be made twenty-four (24) hours before an order is scheduled to be generated. We will complete all cancellation requests within one (1) business day.
Bari Balance provides a ten percent (10%) discount on all recurring orders. If a recurring order is cancelled after the first shipment, the customer is responsible for any discount that was applied.
